Thumbs up Glutin pancakes

i just returned from our 22nd trip to aruba. We visited linda' pancakes and she had a sign saying we do gluiten free pancakes. I spoke to the waitress and she told me linda found out this past summer that she was celliac. She said a lot of the familys on the island have been bring there child there for the pancakes as she does them with rice flour. I have an 8 year old nice who is celiac and it is nice to see the island getitng more information about this diatry problem. 51 weeks to go till we go back to beautfull aruba. Diane

Glad to hear this! I leave for aruba on thursday, but this is my first time returning with celiac disease. I will be staying at the Hyatt and they also said that they can accomodate to my dietary needs which is really going to help me enjoy my vacation.
Can't wait!

Lindas Pancakes Pizza!

Had a pizza at Lindas for the first time last night! Probably my favorite pizza on the island! Why did I wait so long to try it? Also, our waitress was great and had a very nice talk with Stefan (Lindas son).

If you haven't tried it, and your a pizza lover like me, you gotta try Lindas pizza!

One of our favorite places for pizza as well. We usually get Gouda cheese on our pizza there. Great place!

The first morning of every trip to Aruba begins with Apple Pancakes at Linda's then on to Ling for food and then the beach! Great pancakes and I'll have to try the Pizza next time for lunch or dinner.
