We've seen some mixed reviews but decided to give it a try. I think people don't expect the North Carolina style which is no sauce when cooking the meat. You add the sauce when it's served. The ribs also has a little
bit of chew which this style bbq is known for. It's not fall off the bone but it is tender. Dinner was inexpensive. Just $35 for ribs with 2 sides; pulled pork sandwich, 2 beers (for me) and a coke. I really enjoyed the pulled pork it was much more flavorful then the overly sweet stuff we get at home.
