They posted this on Facebook a few weeks ago. Try the email at the end of the message.

    Madame Janette
Ladies and gents, due to some server issues we're experiencing not all reservation requests come through, if you recently submitted an online reservation and have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please resend your request directly to our email: mjrestaurant@setarnet.aw . Our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
    Madame Janette management.

Do you always need a reservation here? We plan on just playing it by ear this trip, lots of relaxing and don't want to be tied down to certain things on certain days if we can avoid it. We haven't tried MJ yet and I really want to this time.
Not sure when, but we will be back

with a place like MJ a reservation is usually necessary.
that being said, there are some times/season when it is fine to walk in.

speaking for myself, i would not chance it.
