    Peg/Andrea, is the food salty? I need to watch my sodium intake and I find Chinese food can be really salty sometimes.

    i do not think it is overly salty.
    i do know that they prepare the food without msg.

    I didn’t find it to be salty. At home, I try not to cook with salt and tend to be sensitive to anything too salty. It’s hard to avoid in restaurants though.

    Don't worry about the salt Walt. Just wash it down with a Ballashi or your favorite beer and everything will be alright.
