Unfortunately, we won't be back until next spring.

Chef Kasi....we went there twice in April and missed you both times. The meals were fantastic. Best lamb I've ever had. Tenderloin great. Only slightly negative was that the lobster tail in the surf and turf was a littly dry. Still, it was my second best meal in a two week vacation....your lamb being number one!

MJ's has always been at the top of our list! Moving up to near the top of the list is Bingo. We ate there 4 times in January and the food was awesome each time we went!

Jumping on the bandwagon, MJ's is the best food. We were there for white asparagus one time, and it was fantastic! That said, you should do one of the "on the water" dining experiences too. Flying Fishbone and Marina Pirata are great for the sunset dining.

Madame Janette is my favorite for at least the last five years. I think the food is absolutely delicious and the menu offers a good variety. I have never had a bad meal or bad experience there.

Que Pasa and Bingo's are two places we also try to visit each year we go to Aruba. The all you can eat appetizer night at the Promenade was very good. We've done that twice and enjoyed it both times.

The French Steakhouse became our choice over El Gaucho back in 2002 to get our churasco fix, but they have removed a few of our favorite things from the menu so it has gone down a few notches for us. But we do enjoy the beef there.

We try to visit one new place each year and last fall it was Wacky Wahoos. This place was a big disappointment for both of us. The food was not prepared the way we asked and the waiter never came back once during the meal to see how things were. When we finally saw him again and let him know we weren't happy with the meal since we didn't get what we ordered, he just put the check on the table and walked away.

Kasi make some white asparagus quiche.
i will send you an amazing recipe if you want.

    and also too
if you blanche the white asparagus for 15 secs and then plunge into ice water for 30 sec, and let dry, they freeze wonderfully.

so order up some extra white asparagus and serve yr round!!
