Steak- El Gauchos- Hands Down

Seafood- Driftwood

The third would have to be Screaming Eagle- Get the Carte Blanche- and reserve a bed

Madame Jannettes is getting a lot of play here. Great Atmosphere, the food was good but didn't blow me away. JMHO.

We ate twice last week at Salt n Pepper, excellant both times, I asked what specials they had and was told that a local just brought in some barracuda, never had it before, so told the waiter to have the chef grill it and a little spicey. THIS WAS THE BEST FISH I EVER HAD !!!!! We, also tried Moby Dicks, nine of us went and will NOT go back, small portions and big bucks, they made the mistake of asking me how everything was and I told them...LOL, so the manager began to argue with me and make excuses...oops.

My amended list since the above mentioned trip:

Screaming Eagle
Chef's Table
Passions
Marina Pirata
Windows on Aruba

and knowing that the same people who own the Screaming Eagle, own the Flying Fishbone, I add the FFB as well.

The opinion of my family and my family only.

I always make my reservations about a month out...to ensure I get the restaurant I want. I don't know how bad it is down there now.. I know a lot of people just wait till they get there.

Pick three

Tried some different ones this year. Some old ones I won't mention weren't so good this time. We did enjoy these three.
Iguana Joes (lunch)
Smokey Joes (dinner)
Moomba's (dinner)
I will mention a couple we were disppointed in. Believe it or not, Madam Janettes and Charlies Bar in San Nicolas. We were there sometime during the week 12/5 thru 12/12/09.
