You can walk across the road to The Mill Resort where The Garden Restaurant has decent food at a reasonable price.

The Buccaneer is my favorite - best food and value on the island.

The Old Fisherman downtown is great if you are a seafood lover. Prices very reasonable.

I could list all my little Colombian and local joints, but you need a car, a sense of adventure, and patience. Not sure if that's what you're really looking for in a less expensive restaurant. Check out my blog for a few and if that's what you like, let me know and I'll hoist many more here.

Last week we ate at the Paddock down town (Has a VW BUG Limo on the roof... cant miss it!!!), good bar and grille type food there, as well as on the Radisson resort, we ate 4 times at Gilligans, great food, average cost... be aware there is a 15 percent svc charge, and you can tip more to your immediate server if you feel. Our server everytime was Giovanni, he was AWESOME!!!! Very friendly!!!!!!!
