ISO French restaurant near Eagle Beach
It's been five years since we first vacationed in Aruba. We dined at a French restaurant near Eagle Beach that served the most amazing chilean sea bass, and swiss chocolate fondue... but I fail to remember the restaurant's name.
We're headed back to Aruba for spring break and would love to dine there again. Thanks in advance for your help.

It was probably LeDome which just closed not too long ago. They have said that they're looking for a new location to reopen but....nothing yet.
Or....(just reread your post about the chocolate fondue)....perhaps it was Chalet Suisse? We've had their Toblerone fondue for dessert there quite a few times. Website: http://www.chaletsuisse-aruba.com/
