    They had been struggling with the move and the higher rent. Business, in general, at restaurants was definitely down when I was there in April. I was not surprised and I won't be surprised to see others follow suit if the economy doesn't pick back up (too many new places opened last Dec. and just not enough people to sustain all of them.)

    In mid-January, I talked to Danny the owner. He was opening the next day, the day I was leaving.

    A few weeks later in February, Danny got in touch with me asking me if there was anything I could do to get him business. I told him I posted his menus and that is all I could do and wished him luck.

    In the beginning of April, after having dinner, I walked with 2 ladies I had dinner with to their car. We walked pasted where Kool Runnings was and I told the ladies about KR being there in Jan. and already gone 2 1/2 months later.

    The economy didn't help, but more than that I think tourists in that area are not into that kind of food. Cafe Rembrandt is right across from where KL was located and they are busy most nights.
