I know some of you frequent this place and wanted to let everyone know that Linda passed away on Wednesday. She was fighting cancer for a while and the family has been through some bad times. Her sister passed away one year ago from cancer and her husband about 4 months ago. They have children and please keep them in your prayers. The business is still operating and I went there about a week ago and service and food still great.

That's so sad. My thoughts prayers to the family. We plan on going to Linda's since it will be our first time in Aruba, although now it will be with a heavy heart.

Very sad, wish all the best to her family. I was there in February and met her son who was working. He was very nice of cource the food service was great.

So sorry to hear this, all my best to her family. Linda's is the first place we go when we get to Aruba.

We are vacation 'foodies', and Linda's is a staple of our vacation plans. We have met and chatted with her on several occassions, and she will be missed. Our deepest condolences to family and staff.

This is so sad. I remember reading on this site that she was very sick, but I didn't realize we would never see her again. Just like Angelone, Linda's is always our breakfast stop our first morning on our way to Lings-and always at least 1 more apple pancake before we leave.
