    That's why we like the SEAFOOD Keshi Yena at Gasparito's - no raisins. LOL! It's slightly different than the original version - just melted Dutch cheese with shrimp, scallops, calamari, and fish.

    We usually try a few different app's where ever we go.. this way it's not wasteful if we don't like it.
    I am more adventure than the rest of the family...
    Working with different cultures I have tried goat, ox tails, frog legs, aligator and etc.
    But like some I don't want to know what's in it cause I wont' eat it. lol

    I need to know what's in it so I can say "Of course I've had sauteed aardvark heart, hasn't everyone?" Actually, when I know what's in it, it makes it more exotic and then I have to try it. I might hate it, but I tried it!
