Local Shrimp
Greetings! What kind of shrimp are caught locally (white, green, tiger...etc) and what size do you normally find in restaurants? Do all restaurants serve fresh (not previously frozen and thawed) local shrimp?
Thanks.. Musicman |

OK shrimp lovers...I found the answer.
According to Google: Pink shrimp: This can refer to several types of shrimp. Caribbean pink shrimp are uncommon in U.S. markets, but are mild and turn a bright pink when cooked. So.....compared to the shrimp you get at your favorite hometown restaurant...how big are the Caribbean Pink Shrimp at your favorite Aruba restaurant? Any shrimp lovers out there??? Musicman |

My 15 yr old son is a huge shrimp lover... one taste (and look) at the Caribbean shrimp and he was hooked! They are bigger and plumper than a tiger shrimp and just about melt in your mouth (assuming they are cooked well). He had a shrimp salad many days for lunch at the Marriott!
