Why choose? Stop at Cubas Cookin for empandas and a drink at the bar. I really liked the empanadas there, especially the fish ones. From there walk over to Que Pasa and try the new menu for dinner.

2 very different restaurants. CC has live music and is a lot of fun-good food and BEST MOJITOS ON THE ISLAND! Ques Pasa has really good food but is more of a traditional restaurant. Try them both or as Pegmeister suggests start at 1 and then go to the other.

Rmbrandts gets very good reviews and there is an early bird menu from 5 - 6:30.
I know Lou and Joanne (timeshare storage ) go there once a week.

Rembrandts is a really nice place too. Very casual and more of a bar with Dutch food but very convenient to Palm Beach.

Rambrandts stroganoff gets wonderful reviews, as does SeaBreeze at DiviVillage.
We had a couple of meals at Divi Seabreeze a few years ago, heck maybe 5 yrs ago, but were unimpressed.........then again we did not have the stroganoff.
