    Lunch? Subs or pressed cubans

I was thinking of how successful Scott's Brats is and wondering about if a place like Scotts (or Scotts itself) would benefit by adding sub sandwiches or pressed cubans?

Sadly, my mind is always on 2 things....aruba and food.

It's like a pannini using ham, pork, cheese and pickles. I think I would rather see something lighter like fish tacos.

What are sub sandwiches? Like substitute meat (vegan)?

    In that case: YES!

A sub sandwich can use any type of filling; assorted cold cuts; meatballs; sausages etc. made on a long white roll, topped with chopped onions, tomatoes, hot peppers, oil and seasonings.

    Sounds interesting...

I guess something like that would be better/easier than subs. Too many ingredients can potentially become wasteful & not profitable. It would be nice to grab a few subs to throw in a cooler & head to the beach though

I could see a Cubano working out at Scott's. I love subs but I think of Scott's as a place to get hot off the grill foods not cold sandwiches.
