Manchebo Staff says farewell to Chris Dijkhoff - Maître D' of the French Steakhouse

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing away of Chris Dijkhoff. Chris has been the French Steakhouse Maître D' for many years where he worked as a professional, charming captain and wine steward.
Chris was appreciated by an ever-growing following of visitors who always asked for him. Chris started working at the Talk of the Town Hotel almost 40 years ago where he worked himself up from busboy to Maître D'.
This past year Chris was not feeling very well and he passed away on November 26, 2011 in Bogota, Colombia. He will be missed by his colleagues, guests, family and friends who we wish all the best.

These losses are always difficult, more so in such a close knit family. Prayers are with his family and friends.
