Matthews has great grilled lobster tail. I get that and their caprese salad and I am good. We also eat breakfast there on our first morning each trip. It has become sort of a tradition for us. It was the first place we ever ate on Aruba. Of course it was called The Seagull Restaurant then. We arrived on the island after 10 pm on our first trip and were staying at Aruba Beach Club. We just got our room and went to bed. Next morning we went there for breakfast and just loved the ambiance. We had a great breakfast sitting at the wall, watching the waves, sugar thieves and iguanas with a nice light breeze coming through. I believe it was a big reason why we keep coming back to the island.
