I was at the new Marandi in July. The food is essentially the same as the original place. The food is very good, but the portions are rather small. Prices are somewhat high, but not outragous. The service was anso very good and the wait staff is very friendly. The location is the best thing about Marandi. It is located on a lagoon and the sunsets are outstanding. Worth the trip. To get there, go past the airport and follow the signs to General Aviation. There are a number of turns, but if you follow the signs it will lead you right there.

Haven't been there since July 2008, but loved it then. July2009 we went to the Chef's Table instead which I think the chef was at one time a chef at Mirandi's. It was very good, but quite hot in the courtyard.

When we had dinner at the Chef's Table in June we were given a choice of inside or out and chose inside. Dh thought it might be "too close". I am glad that we did. Dinner was delicious! Dd savoring the Fish Pot

Mirandi

We were at Mirandi last December, our first time at the restaurant. The views are worth the trip. Suggest getting there before sunset.

Plan to go back this December on our last night.

Service and service was very good.

We were there about a month ago. Food was excellent and the setting was absolutely wonderful. We kept seeing Anhinga's flying over which we never see unless we're playing golf at Tierra del Sol.
