Hi had some friends go to Aruba last week and I told them to go to MJ'S and so they did and it was closed due to a death of the chef, anyone else heard of this?

MJ's was closed months ago for a few days because of the death of one of the chef's. I haven't heard about this new news.

I know they are closed on Sundays???? Is this the day they were there...

OMG I sure hope not. This is one place we were going. I will be checking back in later, I sure hope someone has an answer.

what is the dress code for MJs? The reviews sound wonderful, but to save of packing space we are not packing dressy clothes ie..suit jackets for the men! which restaurants will be off our list because of this?

Dress is casual at MJ's. Dress shorts are fine.

Shorts are fine pretty much anyplace on the island....I don't really think there is anywhere you need to 'DRESS' Up everything is casual.
