I still love the place. Their tuna appetizer is awesome. I used to love the bang bang shrimp but I have noticed that the shrimp sizes are tiny now. They used to be much bigger. Still love their grouper. It's a staple for me when I go to Aruba. Will be at MJs 2 weeks from tomorrow night. Can't wait!

Sorry to hear! I'm so thankful that I have been lucky enough to have never had a bad experience. Like CP said, service can be quite slow sometimes, but we always spend our last night on the island at MJ's so we are happy to sit & relax & completely enjoy our meal on island time

We have had the Bang Bang and the Caesar Salad as our dinner!
We haven't been there since May and then saw no changes.

I thought service was great this visit. Otherwise I may have complained about lamb. Fair is fair

No... this is the real Aruba Mark from Frisco, Texas. I never posted here because ArubaMark is taken. That's my user name on all the other boards.

I agree, who wants to call over the chef?

in my opinion, they have had issues the last few years, we stopped going.
    after many years and meals.

Im sorry you think that way, but i can insure you we don't have any issues at all. its just business as usual the only difference is that we are for sure one of the busiest restaurants on the island with an average 380+ dinners at any common night , so you will read a lot more about our place than others, where owners don't care what is written about them on the internet .
    I care !!!
and also don't like to read any speculations or rumors about my place in the WWW that are just untrue and false information ( what other restaurant owner is here or on any other Aruba related forum and steps up in good and in bad situations and are available for answers ?? ).
So for sure you have read and will read about me stepping up from time to time. Thats what i do to protect my Business and try to give People a positive Mj experience .
Mistakes happen all the time in any common restaurant on the Island or in the world , If I count any wrong item or dislike i had in my live in restaurants i eat myself i could write a book about it. nothing is perfect since we work with Humans to serve Humans. its always tricky and sometimes stuff goes wrong for whatever reason.
If i raised the Price for a signature steak for one Dollar for example you will for sure read it in the net with lots of comments, but i actually lowered some prices last time when we changed the main menu and there was not even one person that actually cared about it .
