OK... so 3 weeks from tomorrow it's 8 wonderful nights at the Radisson and still puzzling over the dinner plans... here goes:

Texas d Brazil.... probably first night. Nothing like it at home.

Cooks... great reviews & really want to try. Almost a definate
Pago Pago.... an old favorite, but so many other choices too.
The economy choices-
Bavaria... DW loves potato pancakes.
Tango.... love the Argentine beef and the early bird special.
Smokey Joe's... always great and dependable.
Fishes 'n' More... early bird special all night tuesday.
Bugaloo..... sunset dining on a shoestring.
The 'no time for but love 'em-
Yemanja... love it, but distance since we don't rent a car
Chef's Tables.... ditto
Suisse Chalet... ditto
and.... so many other great places.

El Gaucho.... done with it
This is the plight of a foodie..... what we decide on and what we just have to wait for. And...... I have to plan dinner being done for the fireworks on Wed so we can be on the beach!!!
Thank goodness that lunch and b'fast is covered with the Rad or I'd go absolutely nutzo!
