I was in Aruba 2 yrs ago and heading back in January and I forget the name of our favorite little resteraunt. Does anybody know the resteraunt that is kind of near the prison and possibly a bar called Charlies? Best prime rib and service around so we would love to go back.

Was the restaurant where you had that prime rib the Promenade? If so, they have moved and are now located near the Tamarijn Resort. http://www.promenadearuba.com/
