One dish to eat when in Aruba?

I am wondering what indigenous foods/dishes the locals eat in Aruba. I cannot wait to get there in July and looking for suggestions of local resturants and dishes to try!

Thanks!

May not be indigenous....but the Mixed Argentine Grille at El Gaucho is my favorite.
