    Our Restaurant Choices

    We have our restaurant choices made for our upcoming trip;
    this time Paul told me I could choose them all as long as Hung Paradise was on the list.
    Our Aruba friends, with whom we will be dining a few times left the choices to us.

    So here are the choices!

    Alfies, Gostoso, Madame Janette, Hung Paradise, The restaurant at TDS, Hung Paradise, bavaria and Legends.

    We are not sand in between our toes dining kind of folks. Been there, done that, I find it uncomfortable sitting in a chair on the sand at a table.

    We will be in Aruba for 15 nights and will be dining " in" on 6 or 7 of those nights.

    I already have pasta sauce, quiche, chicken rice, broccoli casserole, and lobster stew in the freezer, all packed and ready.
    I do have a few more entrees to make.

    Envious of you all who are able to make a restaurant list and actually go! Sounds like a great list! Enjoy!

    I always make a list but rarely stick to it. Maybe get to half of them. This year I have Legends, Alfies, Dutch Pancake House, Yemanja, Elements and need to decide on someplace for Thanksgiving. Thinking possibly BLT. Would like to go someplace in the highrise, have dinner and hit the casino. Bavaria has been on our list for years and for some reason we have never made it there.

    Andrea, what is "the restaurant at TDS"? And where is Alfies?

    Bavaria is on our list. Have not tried it before, and we are both from German heritage. I LOVE a good apple strudel.

    The rest of our list consists of Flying Fishbone (not sitting in the water; I saw some pics where the water was half-way up the table leg. I don't want my feet to get pruned sitting in the water that long
    ), Faro Blanco at the lighthouse, Legends, Ruinas del Mar at the Hyatt, Ricardo's, LG Smith, Azzurro, Bugaloe. And I said we weren't eating a big dinner "out" every night of our 9 nights.

    Hoping for a 30th anniversary trip to our favorite place.

    "The Restaurant" is the name of the restaurant at the Tierra Del Sol golf course.

    The only restaurant on our list right now is Yemanja. I'm sure we will go to Tango. While we have a car for a few days, I am thinking I want to get back to Barefoot and try again to make it Marina Pirata. We have 12 nights, will probably have a liquid dinner or replace dinner with a later lunch for about half of those.
