Although, I like the Pancake House and don't hesitate to go there when I am downtown, but, Linda's is by far my favorite.

    i agree with explorer213.

we like linda's pancakes better and over the years became quite friendly with linda and now her son.
my favorite meal there is the chicken sate' and their dutch tomato soup.
no place on the island can beat their tomato soup.
(although hung paradise at seaport marketplace does come very close!)

at the pancake place/pannkekoeken we just don't have the history and their soup is a distant 3rd in our opinion.

If you like poffertjis (mini silver dollar pancakes), try the Pancake House. Linda's did not have them. We go to Pannkekoeken just for these. I do like Linda's omelettes, though.

we can walk to Lindas and went there twice on our recent trip. However, I really like the mini pancakes with ice cream that Linda does not offer and I hit the other place twice also.
