    Pastechi from Tia Rosa, video

A fellow I know who's never been to Aruba heard me talking about pastechi one day. I told him it was like a giant perogie, sort of, not really. Hence, today I stopped at the Tia Rosa snack truck near the Pos Chiquito circle and got a couple of ham and cheese pastechi then got some assistance showing exactly what they are. Here's the video:

Enjoy the snack and more video to come.

SanNic44, great video, for me the best pastechi is at the airport. You can also try the pastechi at the Bright Bakery, that's the best bakery of the island for the local sweets. There is a place in down town they call VIOLA, they make pastechi filled with shrimp.
