    Paying with American Money

When you eat at the local restaurants where they don't speak very good English, how do you pay the correct amount with American money? Would you need florins?

You will find that most Arubans will speak English (they are taught at least 3 different languages in school.) We've always paid in Dollars and have never changed money to Florins. Once in awhile we'll get a few Florin coins back in our change but we just add those to the money we leave for the maid at our hotel.
