Places to eat near Divi Village

    Hi All,

I will be going to Aruba by myself at the end of July and wanted to get some suggestions of places to eat that are within walking distance from Divi Village. I don't mind walking as long as its safe.

I'm looking for 2-3 places that are like just walk up and eat outside kinda places - non -formal, like lunch places.

Then im looking for 2-3 places that are dinner type restaurants.

Just trying to cut down some of my cab budget by finding good restaurants near the hotel.

Any help is appreciated !!! Thanks in advance,

You have several good choices. Mulligans at Divi Village is very good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sea Breeze at Divi Village is good if you are looking for a burger, etc. Windows on Aruba is also at Divi Village, but is upscale and very expensive. Across the street is Pizza Bob's which is very good and a place that we never miss when we are there. Also, there is Ellioti's next to Pizza Bob's (but this isn't one of our favorites). Also near there is Matthew's at Casa Del Mar, which is another of our favorites. At Manchebo, across from Pizza Bob's is French Steak House and Gorgio's. Both are very good. Next to Alhambra casino is a new asian restaurant and Subway. Most of these are outdoors, or open areas, which give you an outdoor feel. You have lots to choose from. You are staying in a great area.

I have added Mulligans, Matthews, Pizza Bobs and French Steakhouse as must eats. As well as sea breeze for lunch !! Since windows on aruba is so expensive i've removed it from my list as for that much money i can eat 2 other places.

    Thanks hatteras

You are very welcome. Have a wonderful trip. You are staying in our favorite area. There is also a Dunkin Donuts over by the casino.
