We ate at Chalet Suisse last night. The food and the service were wonderful. Tonight we ate at Salt & Pepper. We had terribly slow service. It was so bad that people around us were asking us and other tables how long we had been waiting for our food to arrive. Its never a good sign when you are at a restaurant and notice that nobody at the tables around you has any food. The server never came back to check on us or ask if we wanted drink refills. We finally flagged her down to ask how much longer we had to wait for our food. She blamed it on how busy they were, but they weren't completely full. This is the only place we've eaten so far on this trip where we weren't satisfied with the service.
