Please Help Me Pick an Elegant /Intimate Restuarant

Hello! Here is what I have reserved so far and now my wife and I need to pick a restaurant for my last night.

Sunday: The Flying Fishbone
Monday: Screaming Eagle
Tuesday: Papiamento
Wednesday: Chalet Suisse
Thursday: Lunch: El Gaucho and Dinner at Madame Janette

We would like an elegant, gourmet restaurant that is not too crowded and has great atmosphere (french and italian food are our favorites). I'm guessing that we might want air conditioned by this time since we might be tired of all the heat and sun from the whole week.

Thinking about Marandi and Passions even though they don't match the criteria I described above.

We were originall thinking of trying Le Dome, but I read so many bad things about it on the forum.

Can you please provide restaurant recomemndations? First time in Aruba.

Thanks!
Dave

I already have that one reserved for a different night, so I need another one.

I second Amy's vote for Matilde. Best service, great phone, great wine. And love those framed video screens that change every so often with famous paintings. Never seen it anywhere else.

Just to give you additional options, Windows on Aruba or Ventanas del Mar which receives consistently excellent reviews.

Thanks to both of you for recommending this restaurant. If I go with it, should I make a request for a specifc table location (that is indoors)?

Thanks!
