A question about a "waffle"

Last year someone was talking about pastechi's and some kind of waffel. Well, we tried the pastechi and LOVED them. I can't remember the name of the waffle you guys were talking about. Can someone tell me the name of them? Also, can you only get them in Aruba AND where? I keep remembering someone saying you put them on your coffee cup and how good they are. I would love to try them.
Thank you and advance!!
Pat

I'll trade you some girl scout cookies for them..hahaha I googled stroopwafel cookies and found a little Dutch bakery that have them, but that is about an hour away. When I am up that way, I will check it out. I will probably be in Aruba first. I will keep trying.
Don't forget my offer for a trade. hahahahaha

We like Super Food's stroopwaffels the best. Have tried them all over the island and the "Dutch store"/Super Foods are all most favorite!

The convenience store in the Holiday Inn also carries Stroopwaffels. We also brought several packs home and put them in the freezer. Wonderful!!!
