Went to S&P 2 years ago, had a horrible experience. Food was just ok, but service was more than horrible. Maybe i just caught them on a bad night. I'll give it another try this upcoming trip if the rest of my party will agree.

We've always been happy with Salt and Pepper and have made it there most trips. We enjoy sitting at the bar and have found the staff to be quite social and accommodating. They always ask what you've seen on your visit and make suggestions for places we haven't been. Most time we find ourselves in conversations.with other patrons at the bar. Salt and Pepper is the place we go when we don't know what we're in the mood for so the tapas give us plenty of variety.

I agree, we visit Salt and Pepper several times each visit. Never had a bad experience, love the tapas selection.

Salt and Pepper is a favorite of ours for lunch. DW always brings a new set of S&P shakers for a free glass of wine! Great tapas and icy cold Amstel Bright!

We love the tapas at Salt and Pepper. If you don't mind driving, you can't get any better than a fresh fish dinner at Zeerovers in Savaneta. We had 3 large fish, 1 pound of shrimp, fries, and plantains for $30. You'll want to get there early for dinner as they move the catch quick. For a cheap local lunch, we liked The Old Fisherman downtown. Anoither local place for dinner would be La Granja, on the road to Savaneta. Healthy portions and heavy on the garlic.

Thanks everyone, I've compiled the info and we'll see where it takes us! Barring any unforeseen delays, in 24 hours we will hopefully be sitting down to lunch at Gilligans!
    Next Aruba trip in
