    Reservations Required in May?

cindyo and I (with two adult daughters) are getting geared up for our two-week May trip. However, for the first time ever, we're not making any advance plans (restaurant reservations) except for Madame Janette's. We're going to "go on the fly" for a change.

Anyone out there want to convince me that this is a mistake? Any great place we might miss out on?

Our last two trips we had no problems dining without a reservation. We do, however tend to dine out early between 5:30 and 6:30. The only reservation we had was at Amadeus and we were the first ones there. The exception of course are places like MJs or Carte Blanche.

Fools Fantasy (welcome drink, coffee, liquor) USD 80. An Additional Wine Flight is Available by the Glass, or Choose your Own Bottle From Our Wine Cellar for the Evening!"
