Which Restaurant

Hello,
This October will be my ninth and my wife's tenth consecutive year going to Aruba. In those years we have never gone to Cuba's Cooking, Chez Matilde, or Madame Jenette's. Since we can't go to all while there can anyone recommend one over the other? These three have always been in our plans but this year we will make a better effort.
Thanks and always enjoy reading this board.

Although I have not been to Matilde or Cuba's, Madame Janette's is one of my three favorite restaurants I have ever been to. If you choose Janette's, be sure to ask for a table in the garden.

do you have to dress formal for mj's or would shorts, a shirt, and sandals suffice?

Agree MJ's wins. Shorts like Dockers or other nice shorts and a shirt with a collar is all you need. Sandels are fine.

every time my husband and i go, i wear a skort set and hubby wears a short sleeve polo shirt and docker shorts.

i would say the politically/socially correct term is "smart casual" for Madam J's

Though i haven't eaten at Cuba's Cookin' you can't put them in the same league as Matilde or Madame Janettes. Another vote for M.J.'s.
