We stop for dessert (when we have room left after dinner) at the gelato place next to Dushi Bagel outside of Playa Linda. They have about 30 different flavors and they are all wonderful- I love the coconut and the mint chocolate chip. I recommend getting it in a cup as I always forget and get a cone which melts too fast to keep up

I forgot about the Chef's Table desserts. They have a dessert sampler which they serve in shot glasses which was terrific.

They're tied with a local gelato shop for the best ever gelato in our opinion. We often don't have room for dessert just after dinner, so after a evening stroll, it's the perfect sweet tooth finale to a wonderful evening.

Hollywood Smokehouse DIner has homemade desserts that are quite reasonably priced and sinfully good. The selections vary each day. Nothing elaborate(would be out of place), but incredibly satisfying and yummy. For example: chocolate pecan pie, gigantic chocolate chip pecan cookies, chocolate chip cupcakes with whipped buttercream frosting just to name a few.

The thing about dessert at Chef's Table is, we thought we were going to get a small sample of each named dessert. For example, a sliver of key lime pie and a sliver of cheese cake, etc. What we actually got was a shot glass of a concoction (lime pudding, graham cracker, etc) layered to mimic a key lime pie. It was okay, but not like the real thing. The main courses, salads and apps. are very good however.
