3 hours for 2 courses - yes, definitely too long. But it's not too long when you go to a place like Carte Blanche where it's a dining event/experience for the night. Both times we've been to Carte Blanche we've been there from 7pm-11:30pm and the time just flies by. But there is interaction with the chef, wine tastings, and 5 courses. I can definitely sit that long if I'm having a great time eating, drinking, socializing, and being entertained. However, a dinner at Anna Maria's is a far cry from Carte Blanche - two completely different restaurants/concepts.

all of the times we were there, yes.
we have not been there for a yr or so, since our last 2 times were not good. they may have changed chefs. the whole place is full of student interns from holland and other locations
