Restaurant Spotlight~~ Lindas~~ Breakfast Lunch Dinner

    http://www.lindas-aruba.com/lindasmenu.pdf

    We love Lindas.
It is a fine well known establishment.
The food is always good, the service prompt, friendly and efficient and the prices are low.

It is easy to find. Located on Palm Beach Rd near the Valero gas station at the left side of the plaza.

    What are your Linda experiences?

We like Linda's, but don't visit that often, maybe once a trip and always for breakfast.

We made it there this last trip and I really enjoyed it. DH Tom isn't open to trying something different. I made a point of telling him "now these are not like the pancakes you get at home". He went with a plain pancake and the first words out of his mouth "These aren't pancakes!" (sigh) I had the apple/bacon version which was quite good and would like to go back and try one if the dessert versions.

This was a nice change for us for breakfast, but not a place I would make a regular stop. The service was good and the prices were reasonable, and it was good walking distance from the Radisson. We liked our pancakes, though they reminded me more of a very thin funnel cake than a pancake. I was disappointed that the pineapple on my order seemed to be out of a can rather than fresh. There were so many options, I would like to try something with Gouda if we do make it back on a future visit.
Not sure when, but we will be back

Could not go to Aruba without going to Linda's at least twice for dinner. My wife loves the Strawberrys and cream I like thew stroop and powered sugar or peaches and cream. I have tried the ragu pancake it was also very good. Linda would be very proud of her son he is doing such a good job.
    Next Aruba trip in

I have mixed feelings about Linda's --- We try to make it a stop every other trip.
