I would substitute Papiamento on Tuesday. Great food, wine list and setting. One of our favorites.

I agree, substitute Barefoot for Flying Fishbone. Barefoot has nice beach dining, the tables are not one on top of another, the food is better, and the owners are nicer.

Screaming Eagle is great. Be sure to reserve the "beds"

Also, try Papillon across the street from the Radisson. Great food and great wine list.
