Restaurants you can walk to on Eagle Beach

Hey all - we will be staying at Costa Linda for 2 weeks in Mar/April. Just wondering what restaurants are within walking distance. I know of the restaurants at CL and Matthews at Casa Del Mar and the Screaming Eagle. Any others that anyone recommends?

I guess that depends on your interpretation of walking distance. My wife has nerve problems in her back that cause pain in her legs so she cant walk very far. If you consider walking distance 15 minutes or less there are several places to go. The Promenade is in the sun plazza shopping center across the street at the traffic lights just down from the Tamarijn. Chalet Suisse is north of CL a few minutes walk. There are also restaurants in the La Cabana and Paradise beach resorts but I dont remember the names. There is a bus stop next to the Alhambra that will take you into town and back for $2. Even El Gauchos, Yamanji, Driftwood and many other restaurants are in walking distance from downtown.
