Here is the answer I received today before going to dinner tonight there. I must say it is the only quality dinner restaurant on the island that I have gone two twice in one trip! This was two of the best meals that I have had on the island. L G. Smith's Steak and Chop came in second earning the best value. Sunset Grill moved from 1st to 3rd this trip in the Filet department.

I received this response on Friday 06/06 before going back to the only major restaurant we have been to twice during a single trip to the island that night. It was even better the second time than the first time. But, as you can see from below, we will have to go to the one in Boston to take advantage from the special.

We are going to aruba September 5th. .... one week after "Summer Celebration" ends!!!!!!!!!!!!...

How much money we spend for a dinner (My wife and me) without drink wine?? average....

We will stay at marriot (just two nights) and we think Ruth´s Chris is our best choice.

So sorry to say it doesn't work in aruba. Only in the states. Family members had that problem.

We took advantage of the special and wow .. what a great meal.
My husband had the caesar salad which was huge, delicious, and nicely presented - sporting a cheese board on top. I was unsure if I would like the Louisiana gumbo, but glad I tried it. Just right in the spicy department, thick and a full bowl! We both had the petit filet (8 oz), but I did contemplate getting the combination (4 oz. filet, herbed cheese stuffed chicken breast, and crab cake). My husband kept saying the best he has ever had. You get a choice of 2 sides (cassarole dish) - we had potatoes au gratin (good), sauteed mushrooms (eh), and we paid extra for the sweet potato pie (yummmmmy) because someone on a forum said they were great. Worth the 9.75! Dessert is shared. We got the apple tart which was enormous and wonderful. Not going to Aruba in time for this special? Well, try to go at home.
