Screaming Eagle info

We have been checking out screaming eagle after seeing lots of positive comments here. It is certainly impressive looking! Are shorts permitted for men? PLEASE let it be so! What is the outside dining like? Views? What time is best for outside? Your help is very much appreciated. Only 2 more weeks until we are "home"

...this place is pretty new..i went twice in one week..sat inside one time and choose to sit outside the next time...food was VERY good ...prices were fair also....ambience was very thoughtful ...classy and comfortable .....type of place to take your time ..sip glasses of wine , listen to the music , talk and relax....i think it is one of the nicest restaurants around and hope that they succeed

From what I understand (never been to the island before but have been doing lots of research), the Screaming Eagle is part of the Flying Fishbone.

The owner of Screaming Eagle is the same chef from Flying Fishbone.

Screaming Eagles

The restaurant looks lovely and having been to Flying Fishbone, I am anxious to try out this new place on our upcoming trip. Can anyone suggest if it is preferred to sit outside or inside? Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks everyone for your input. A couple of people on another board advised to make reservations for inside. They said it is really a beautiful place and while outside is very nice, there is no "view" really. They also indicated that when they were there the place started toi really fill up after about 8:30 or 9. We have our reservation for 7:00 sitting inside....can't wait!

I have been trying to get a reservation. Do they only do large groups at 6, 6:30 or 9pm?
