Just came back from 2 weeks in Aruba and we frequented the Screaming Eagle quite a bit. Went there for drinks first one night, then another evening had a FABULOUS dinner inside, then back again on another night for drinks in their lounge with the beds, and another night had dessert and drinks at their bar! The place is really amazing - food, ambiance, and service were all great! It's one of our new favorite places. We went to dinner at 8:30pm and the place was pretty busy. The bar and lounge gets hopping more on weekends and after 10pm.

Had dinner at Screaming Eagle in late August with hubby and daughters in 20's. It is quite beautiful. Food was prepared badly. Uncooked fish, overcooked calamari. Maybe it was the newness. Definitely go for drinks....the bar is great. Hope they've gotten their act together.

Just came back from Aruba and was making reservations at the front desk. Alot of res. are closed on Sundays. She tried to get us a reservation at the Screaming aEagle which I never heard of. She says it's one of the best new res. in Aruba. She gets invited to all new restaurant's because that is what she does for a living. She said it was great. I agreed to go and guess what Closed on Sundays. I will def. try it next year.

Very disappointed in Chalet Suisse and Sunset Grill this year. They used to be my two favorite res. in Aruba.

We ate there last February and were not impressed at all, we will never return! Food was extremely overpriced, tiny portions and everything was tastless. It was our most expensive meal on the island and our least favorite. When you sit outside you face the road and when you sit inside you can end up looking at people's feet as they have these weird bds inside (which were not very clean). I would be surprised if this place lasts a year!
