It is not really a sandwich, but I would research Pastechi.

Uitsmijter sandwich - which is a Dutch sandwich. My hubby LOVES them. Best ones (according to him) are at Bingo's, Tulip, and the Plaza Cafe.

It's Dutch and it's pronounced: "out-smay-ter" (it means "bouncer")

It is usually a plate consisting of two buttered slices of bread, topped with either ham or roast beef and a fried egg or two on top.

Here's a photo:

I would recommend the pastechi also!!!!! There is a place called the pastechi house in the main street. You can get a pastechi in all kinds of varieties: chicken, cheese, ham and cheese, tuna, beef, pizza, and all kinds of others. I highly recommend the cheese one. It is my favorite. Sometimes we get a whole bag of them and put them in the refrigerator and reheat them as a snack! They are still good reheated and I often dont like reheated food. Also the price of them is very cheap. I think they are around a dollar fifty to two dollars.
