Smokey Joes, THE BIG JOE

Well, I had to do it. Went to Smokey Joe's and had THE BIG JOE, which is a burger topped with pulled pork and cole slaw as well as the rest of the usual trimmings. I think it was $13.95 but can't remember because it was a belly buster that sent me reeling. Anyway, the tangy barbecue pulled pork on top is an excellent contrast to the creamy slaw. The burger is charbroiled as you would expect and a hunk of meet to fill in the corners missed by the rest. Check out photos and the rest at:

That's exactly how I would have eaten in. LOL!!

I need to show this to Mike - he might want to give it a try on our next Aruba trip together. He's always up for a food challenge. When we were in Paris, if there was an animal on the menu that he had not eaten yet, he HAD to try it. LOL!
