I abolutely LOVE those cookies. I brought back several packages to share with my office mates last year . . . only they somehow never made it to the share pile.

We haven't had the cookies yet, but i did find ice cream called Stroopwafel at Lings. Very different and very very good! Is this similar to the cookie?

How we Dutch eat our stroopwaffel

Poor yourself a cup of hot coffee and put your stoopwaffel on top of your cup, the stroop wil melt in the waffel, your stroopwaffel will tast as if it has just been made.

bought the cookies yesterday.,i'll have my husband try them with his coffee. how do they work with milk! ha

I meant to look for some this trip, but totally forgot. Fortunately, I thought of it when i was at the airport and found some right by Gate 6. Saving them to try for the holidays.
