We are coming to Aruba for our honeymoon as well... Any suggestions for some smaller, local favorites? As we love and ejoy the fancy upscale places, we also enjoy the smaller, sometimes hidden local favorites...

Location: Renaissance Island early in the morning floating on a raft.

Have to add the Old Fisherman for a small local favorite. It's downtown next to the Taj Mahal. They have great food and very reasonable prices. You will see a lot of locals residents eating there.

(very local very very rustic)

Tulip gets another thumbs up although their service has its ups and downs

See now, there are FOUR restaurants on Lisa's list we've never been to.

I'm telling you there are too many good restaurants on Aruba.
