Have to add the Old Fisherman for a small local favorite. It's downtown next to the Taj Mahal. They have great food and very reasonable prices. You will see a lot of locals residents eating there.

(very local very very rustic) Tulip gets another thumbs up although their service has its ups and downs Promenade in San Nicholas is wonderful
