Suggestions...

Hello again,

So, i've got 7 nights of dinners -
So, of course I've been told one of those nights must be at Madame Jannetts
One is already reserved for El Goucho.
And i'm thinking about Flying Fishbone another night ...
So, having said that where would you eat for the 5 other nights?

Que Pasa and/or The Old Fisherman downtown. Both have wonderful food. Que Pasa's daily special entrees are always interesting and have beautiful presentation. The Old Fisherman is nothing fancy, it's just plain good seafood with reasonable prices. You will see many locals eating there.

Personally, we try not to eat out expensive and rich during the 7 nights we are there, and like to mix things up and bit and go very casual 2 or so nights. A few places you could do that (if you're interested) is Iguana Joe's downtown; Casa Tua and Tomato Charlies in Palm Beach are wonderful outdoor locations and have great pizza and salads; Smokey Joe's in Palm Beach is also great.

Blossoms is good, so is Pago Pago. Both are in the Westin formerly Wyndham. The sunset grill in the Divi Pheonix, eat on the beach.

i think that the restaurant on the beach at the divi phoenix is named "sunset beach bistro" and the radisson's one is "sunset grill" ?

or
i may be wrong.

either way, paul and i hated the one at the divi phoenix.
slow slow slow and the food was only mediocre.
we mentioned our disappointmentthat to the maitre'd and he invited us back with a gift certificate.

we were shocked at the generosity.

the next time, it was even slower and less tasty.

they do have lovely adirondack chairs though
