    Taste of Belgium, lunch

Taste of Belgium is rapidly becoming a favorite of Mrs. 44 and myself. I had lunch there recently, ordering a chopped salad with asparagus, a salmon wrap, and a ham and cheese sandwich. The salad was crunchy fresh (which doesn't always happen in Aruba) and the wrap, Mrs. 44 said was quite tasty. The ham on my h&c was a little weak, but the bread, hard-boiled egg and the rest were most excellent. And the service here truly impresses me. Young, friendly people, doing a good job. What a pleasant experience.

    Bon dia.

Our favorite place on the island, is the great beach at the Boca Grandi. The water is the best, and its very quiet.

Taste of Belgium is now in the Palm Beach mall, which is the one located further inland from Paseo Herencia.

    Bon dia.

Taste of Belgium is in my list of likely places for lunch. Our travel philosophy is saving the big bucks and careful choices for dinner, and have lunch wherever we happen to be at lunchtime (worked pretty well in Europe). Since we'll be at the Radisson, Taste of Belgium looks like an obvious choice, especially because I love Belgian ales.

    All the best from Brazil
