    I wonder why they begin the article with a photo of Elements at the Bucuti. There is no mention of the restaurant! That said, and just my humble opinion, of course, the list is primarily higher end restaurants. My feeling is there are a number of more casual places that could have made the list. This article seems to be more of a promotional piece.

    We enjoyed Papiamento and Flying Fishbone from this list, but my top 10 would change every time I think. I really think the best thing I have ever tasted was the parmesean grouper at Barneys. But for a dinner experience, that nod goes to Barefoot or Flying Fishbone (sitting with our legs in the water). Barefoot service and view just blew us away. Watching kids play on the beach, complete innocence during an amazing sunset. The food was very good too. The dessert sampler we got stands out in my mind the most.
    Not sure when, but we will be back

    Sure, here's mine;
    The Dutch Pancake House
    West Deck
    Madame Janette
    Barney's
    Casa Tua
    Carte Blanche (special occasion)
    LG Smith
    Amadeus (RIP)
    Cafe the Plaza
    Daniels
    For my experience I've found some of the more popular, higher end places haven't made my list because the food did not wow, even though the atmosphere may have been incredible.
    So, remember all, this is just my take and I wouldn't expect others to have the same list. I'm sure curious about others favorites though!

    They mention Elements later in the article:

    Elements
    This sleek restaurant (pictured in cover) with a modern, glassy look is the flagship at the Bucuti & Tara, and it’s set right on the beach. But the most notable thing about the menu is its accessibility to all kinds of travelers, with one of the Caribbean’s widest range of organic, vegetarian and gluten-free options ,from pasture-fed cattle to gluten free pasta.
