    Texas de Brazil online reservations

    Hi, I've been trying to make a reservation with them online, but no matter what date/time I choose, I get a message saying it's not available. I submitted a feedback form asking them to look into it, but have not had any response. Is anyone else having the same issue? Do they have an e-mail address? I don't see one on the site.

    Thanks Andrea. I'm hoping to avoid calling Aruba from NY to make the reservation.

    We just make reservations when we get to AUA ...never had a problem.. not sure when your headed there ....

    I had the same problem with reservations for Amadeus and went thru the contact tab in Restaurants Aruba and that worked. Good luck!

    Good news - I posted on their FB wall and they gave me the e-mail address of the manager of the restaurant!

    In an odd twist, they also finally responded to the form I submitted on their corporate site. Of course, the person who responded is the person they said to send an e-mail to, lol!

    Did you sign up on their web page to get an email that will have a coupon for 50% off. ?

    The coupon is only good for about 30 days once it is sent-- so do not do it too early.

    The coupon is actually 25% off when you sign up on the website. We used it last week for a party of 8 so that was a nice savings.

    Note: They never did get back to me, but our concierge desk was able to make a reservation for us. We did use the 25% off coupon as well.
