Was curious if there is a Japanese Steak House in Aruba, so I made a quick Google search. The following came up:

I'm not sure about Japanese, but they have a few Brazilian steak houses. You get a little coin and flip it to green if you want a slice of the fresh cooked foods and meat. Then if you are full you flip it to the red side. Plus theres a whole buffet.

Right on Lisa. I was going to say Blossom's as well. They are located in the Westin Resort.

Love Blossoms! They do a great job and the food is yummy! (not cheap though but comparable to NY/NJ tristate area prices).
